In almost all parts of Europe, you’ll notice trash cans similar to the one shown below for dog owners to clean after their dogs – it also offers the plastic bags all free of charge (of course!).
Do you think this idea would work in Kuwait? What if we had a law for dog poops? Would people respect it?
It’s funny that I’ve witnessed a lady walking her doberman in a street in Evian and the poor dog had to do it on the pavement.. the lady looked around and continued walking as if nothing happened. You can tell from people’s eyes that what she just did is SOO RUDE! SOO WRONG! – She did not clean after her dog.

Dog mess is of course unpleasant to have littered around public areas, but I wonder what generations far into the future will think when they excavate dumps of millions of individual dog shits carefully sealed in plastic bags for posterity.

I think that’s a great idea if we also did that in Kuwait. Pet stores and animal owners must change their habits as well. Friday Market should be closed down or recreated from scratch with laws and regulations. Sellers must be licensed before selling anything that’s alive. Things must be done the proper way instead of in filth. Just a thought I wanted to share.
I do that already but I get looks from people, but I really don’t think my dogs poop should be laying around the streets! it’s not civil!
I wish other people would start doing it!
